1. Agreement to Terms

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment information

5.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate notification when your order is accepted and processed for shipment.

5.3 Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Payment before Delivery (subject to eligibility)

Payment must be received in full before order processing. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf
• Pay applicable taxes and delivery fees

5.4 Order Modification and Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting customer service. Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to locations across Kenya for bulk orders. Delivery availability and fees vary by location.

6.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Order processing time
• Delivery location
• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Public holidays

6.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order value. Free delivery is available for orders above KES 8,000.

6.4 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:

• Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
• Orders may be returned to us, and return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund
• Perishable items may not be eligible for refund

6.5 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or your receipt of the products, whichever occurs first.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be in original packaging
• Products must be unused and in resalable condition
• You must provide proof of purchase
• Return must be authorized by our customer service team

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened food products (for health and safety reasons)
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

7.3 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7.4 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nutfields/Kenya Nut Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
